I reserve the right to request a copy of your work containing my model stock.

My Model Stock is not to be used in nude/pornographic art.

My stock is available only to active dA members. Send me a note for permission to post art with my stocks on other sites before you use it.

Tubing, Precuts, Stamps, Brushes, redistribution and so on are not allowed. Do not do it.

Do not use my stock with copyrighted/illegal material such as images you found on google or celebrities. THEY ARE NOT STOCK!

DO NOT USE MY STOCK TO MAKE MORE STOCK or claim my stock as your own (Temporary exemption may be granted if you ask permission.)

Do not use my stock for pornographic, hate related, violent, abusive, racist, or otherwise demeaning, hurtful or illegal purposes.You are NOT ALLOWED TO USE IT FOR ANIMAL CRUELTY, abuse, gore or otherwise violent or inappropriate works! (Tasteful nude art, gothic, and macabre/horror (just not the Hostel style that makes you throw up a little when you see it) is acceptable unless otherwise stated in the artists comments of that particular photo.) Be respectful of them and make sure it's something you wouldn't mind your Mom or Grandma seeing.

Do not claim my stock as yours! Do not upload it on another site as it is without any manipulation. You may not sell my stock as is without serious manipulation that can be considered art. DA prints are fine, but ask me first if you want to post it on another web site.

You must ask permission before using my stock for commercial use with the exception of dA prints.

Be creative! Don't just do simple color or texture manipulations that my six year old cousin can do.
